There were a couple of mistakes in the original book, but I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the company’s customer service. They responded immediately, took care of the issue without hesitation, and sent me a brand-new book. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make everything right truly meant so much to me.
The new book is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a special personalized gift. ❤️
I will rate this again if support fixes the issues.
