Every Talewix book is printed to order. Printing and quality checks take 2–4 business days, then standard U.S. delivery takes 5–8 business days — so most orders arrive within 7–12 business days in total. Need it faster? Express delivery ($30.00, arrives 1–2 business days after printing) is available at checkout.

Wooden puzzles are handcrafted and take a little longer — about 10–16 business days in total within the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes, every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your book leaves our facility.

After you place your order, you'll receive a full preview of your book. Nothing is printed until you approve it — so you can check every name, photo and dedication before we start.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before approving your preview. Once printing has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled. Spotted a typo in your address? Email support@talewix.com within 12 hours and we'll fix it before printing.

That's on us. Email support@talewix.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint your book free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
