Refund policy

Because every book is personalized and printed just for you, we can't accept returns the way a regular store does. Instead, we stand behind every book with our Worry-Free Keepsake Promise:

• You approve before we print. Every order includes a full preview. Nothing is printed until you're happy.
• Our mistake = free reprint. Misprint, damaged in transit, print defect, or wrong item — email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint your book free, or refund you in full. Your choice.
• Typos in your submission: If the personalization you entered contains an error and the book was printed as submitted, we can't refund — but we'll offer a discounted reprint, because we want the keepsake to be right.
• Order cancellation: Full refund if you cancel before approving your preview. After printing begins, orders can't be cancelled.

To start a claim: email support@talewix.com with your order number and photos. We reply within 1 business day.
